جب لہجے بدل جائیں تو وضاحتیں کیسی

نئی میسر ہو جائیں تو پُرانی چاہتیں کیسی

وصل میں گُذرے لمحے ہیں انمول یادیں

ہجر میں سُکھ، خوشیاں، راحتیں کیسی

لوگ بدل جاتے ہیں دل بھرجانے پہ بھی

لاحاصل تلاش، چہروں میں شباہتیں کیسی

ہر فرد ہی بنا ہے خود ساختہ پارسا یہاں

دُنیا دکھاوے کے لئے ہو تو عبادتیں کیسی

تھکا دیتے ہیں رستے بھی اس زندگی کے

ہمراہی ہو ہم خیال ، طویل مسافتیں کیسی
